Clean Room, volume on remote didn’t go lower than 11, front desk check-in was a headache. Paid through Hotels.com and they were trying to charge me again at check-in. Customer service was subpar.

Property is not to be considered a hotel. Many full time residents . Was approached by a full time resident to come to his room to dance. Was following me in the parking lot. Hotel clerk would not come out from behind the glass to help
