I don't like how they don't have any tubs in the rooms.I'm on the fourth floor and all of a sudden the security cameras gone.the room that I'm in the floor is dirty cuz I can walk on it for a moment and my feet are dirty.

This is not a hotel!! We had to wait to check in because there was only one employee on site. He was trying to help other people. We had to call on a wall phone in the entry then be transferrred and put on hold. It took a few trys but we got through. We were at the property just about 905 pm and got to our room at 945. Then our room was a bit dirty with fecal blowout all over the toilet. Travelocity infor put us in a queen with a tub/ no kitchenette and we had a double with a shower and a kitchenette. When i booked the room, i requested a first floor room because we were travelung with our dog. We were put on the third floor, and they told us it was because there are no king size beds on the 1st floor. I feel someone couldve emailed me or called me to let us know and couldve switched to another room type. Another thing that was very disappointing was there was NO coffee available on site, not even in the room.

Unsafely. Unsafely, poor housekeeping hallways. The Elevator is all ways broken. And where on the fourth floor.

Nice place overall So far great! Staff is helpful and friendly and rooms are great. Wifi is not so good. Wish it were better quality and included not extra to get better connection.
