When i booked the room, i requested a first floor room because we were travelung with our dog. We were put on the third floor, and they told us it was because there are no king size beds on the 1st floor. I feel someone couldve emailed me or called me to let us know and couldve switched to another room type. Another thing that was very disappointing was there was NO coffee available on site, not even in the room.

Nice place overall So far great! Staff is helpful and friendly and rooms are great. Wifi is not so good. Wish it were better quality and included not extra to get better connection.

Unsafely. Unsafely, poor housekeeping hallways. The Elevator is all ways broken. And where on the fourth floor.
