Smokey smell, heat didn’t work, made me pay 4 days when I stayed 2

There is no maid service. If you want clean towels you have to actually take your dirty ones to front desk and pay for clean ones

We are so very sorry that you were not expecting our unique amenities --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware). We offer additional service package options. Did not honour my reservation request made through Expedia. Ended up paying two and half times the rate I had reserved in the system. Blamed it on Expedia and refused to reach out to Expedia to resolve the issue. Have now wasted an additional 4 hours on follow up calls trying to work out the refund with Expedia. A terribly frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. After a decade of booking travel through Expedia, both for business and pleasure, I am reconsidering using their services going forward.
