Bare bones. Had to go to front desk and ask for everything- hangers, hair dryer, iron (they have 3 for the entire hotel). Felt very unsafe There was a fight in the hallway (2x hours apart)- Cops came... never again.

My first 4 nights I had no heat ! I realized it throughout the night my 1st night told the front desk, they said they would call maintenance . Maintenance never showed, I’m not sure if they even called ? When I finally got someone they couldn’t fix it so I had to gather all my belongings and carry them down stairs. The whole experience has me inclined to ask for a full refund.
