Stay away from this place! First off no one was at the front desk 1/2 the time I went there. The T.V. worked about 25% of the time. The coffee was never available at the time it was supposed to be. I'm not sure why the room has a microwave and stove when there are no pots,bowls or cutlery in the room. They actually wanted to charge us for those items!!!! We will never stay there again.

About the amenities, we include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.). It would be a bit shocking if you weren't expecting this and we're so sorry we disappointed you.
Meh to good ish As we have heard the reviews before the hotel service was awful,. They do not have a gym workout area and no breakfast, there coffee in the morning is from a pot which is lousy. Naruto situation traveling across the United States write me at the hotel a 7 hours early and we couldn't check in. We ended up sleeping in the car and Then we couldn't check in until 3 p.m. after we got in it was fine, average hotel, Nice rooms, poor service, good location, won't be coming back

Quick stay. The room smelled awful. I had no idea there would be no one at the front desk past 9pm so we were not able to get extra pillows or the iron/ironing board when we got back to our room. The only saving grace was the guy at check in was nice.

New tvs...thats about all i can say. Front desk had police storm the room at noon, never seen THAT level of freak out anywhere...

The facility advertises a kitchenette, but supplies no plates, utensils, pots, pans, or even a coffee cup. (No coffee pot in the room either.). You have to Purchase that separately. I booked this room under the premise I would be able to cook a few of my own meals. Instead, we had to eat out every meal, adding cost to our trip. This is incredibly misleading and a terrible company policy.

Many guests appreciate being able to bring their own cookware and dishes but others purchase locally or we have sets available for purchase at the Front Desk. Stinky Hotel stunk like garbage, they only clean rooms once every 2 weeks. There are basically tenants that live there long term. AKA: Homeless people and the odor to prove it.
