My first 4 nights I had no heat ! I realized it throughout the night my 1st night told the front desk, they said they would call maintenance . Maintenance never showed, I’m not sure if they even called ? When I finally got someone they couldn’t fix it so I had to gather all my belongings and carry them down stairs. The whole experience has me inclined to ask for a full refund. Place smelled like smoke. No utensils or coffee maker in the room. Heater was noisy. It was close to the airport though.

The 1 guy on the staff is very rude and REALLY needs customer service skills. I have stayed here several times and will NEVER stag here again!

the place is clean but, they run out of linens regularly. there are also a lot of animals so the hallways always smell like dogs. the laundry has machines that are out of order and it cost $2.25
