It was clean. But, there is no room service, most of amenities are not provided like iron,coffee maker, shampoo, etc... Not happy with my stay.

Terrible Room Room was not clean and did not look anything like the photos. Staff was not very helpful or enthusiastic about their job. I asked for a different riom and waa told i had to wait 2 days to speak to a manager first. I canceled my reservation and was charged fir cancelation. Will never deal with this property again.

I chose this hotel because it had a kitchen and the bathroom had a tub. Something that is hard to find these days apparently. But needed for our family. We planned to stay a week so saving money by cooking was what we were looking to do. So we get there and there is nothing in the room as far as kitchen utensils, cooking items, toiletries..nothing. The website and listing description states that you can get these items from the front desk. So I go to ask if they have spoons because I needed to feed my baby and the guy rudely... read more

There was no shampoo soap or washcloths in our room. Also there was an overwhelming smell of tacos or something spicy throughout the whole hotel. No one at the front desk just a sign that said the hours.

I booked this hotel for my daughter so we could be somewhat distant in this time of covid. She was shown a room that was not ready for a guest. She was given a second room by the attendant (who was NOT wearing a mask). Room was okay, but hotel was clearly being used for homeless during covid. Dogs barking and kids running around hallways at 10pm. She did not feel safe or comfortable. She ended up leaving the hotel at 10pm. I will say that the manager gave me a full refund the next day.
