The facility advertises a kitchenette, but supplies no plates, utensils, pots, pans, or even a coffee cup. (No coffee pot in the room either.). You have to Purchase that separately. I booked this room under the premise I would be able to cook a few of my own meals. Instead, we had to eat out every meal, adding cost to our trip. This is incredibly misleading and a terrible company policy.

Stinky Hotel stunk like garbage, they only clean rooms once every 2 weeks. There are basically tenants that live there long term. AKA: Homeless people and the odor to prove it.

A counterpoint to the first 5.0 review It’s a new property so it’s got that going for it. The good: newer, mostly clean The not-so good: counter and floor had sticky spots, the first room I was given hadn’t been turned, the place advertises a kitchen but there are no dishes, glassware, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dish soap. I asked about this and they said they sell pots. What? I went to Walmart and bought a bowl, spoon, French press, glass. They could outfit each room with these things for under $100. There is no maid service. If you want clean towels you have to actually take your dirty ones to front desk and pay for clean ones

Did not honour my reservation request made through Expedia. Ended up paying two and half times the rate I had reserved in the system. Blamed it on Expedia and refused to reach out to Expedia to resolve the issue. Have now wasted an additional 4 hours on follow up calls trying to work out the refund with Expedia. A terribly frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. After a decade of booking travel through Expedia, both for business and pleasure, I am reconsidering using their services going forward.
