The 1 guy on the staff is very rude and REALLY needs customer service skills. I have stayed here several times and will NEVER stag here again!

worse hotel I don’t recommend at all

the place is clean but, they run out of linens regularly. there are also a lot of animals so the hallways always smell like dogs. the laundry has machines that are out of order and it cost $2.25

No employees at the front desk. There is no staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. Room was clean and nice, but the walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors.

As a value-focused hotel that specializes in extended stays, we do not staff the front desk 24 hours a day, this is one way we keep our rates affordable. We do have posted office hours or you can use the lobby phone to reach us during off-office times. We know our accommodations do not meet the needs for every traveler, but we would certainly welcome you back if you’re ever in need of all we have to offer.

The front desk guy should be fired. He was too tired to see if there was a room available. I've been staying in hotels for nearly 50 years - that was a first. We cancelled the reservation,demanded a full refund, and walked out.

It was cheap. You get what you pay for. Trash cans overflowing. No stuff to make coffee early in the morning. My refrigerator shut off while I was at class one day. When I got back to my room everything in my fridge was warm and everything in my freezer was thawed. All the money I had spent on my food for my 10-day trip wasted. Corporate told me management had to handle it. Management told me corporate had to handle it. What else is there to say?

Stay away from this place! First off no one was at the front desk 1/2 the time I went there. The T.V. worked about 25% of the time. The coffee was never available at the time it was supposed to be. I'm not sure why the room has a microwave and stove when there are no pots,bowls or cutlery in the room. They actually wanted to charge us for those items!!!! We will never stay there again.

About the amenities, we include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.).
