Staff needs lessons in customer service Had it not been for the horrible customer service experience this would have been an average stay at an average hotel for a decent cost. Unfortunately some of the staff did such a bad job they are getting a poor review. With family in town for a graduations I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. bad hotel This hotel is not good and even can not hold what they promised. Staff is unfriendly and dirty. Although The neighborshood is ok. Even there are other good hotels it's surrounding. You can't save it, so my advice to you go other hotel.

So so The front desk woman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are non smoking and smoking but they are mixed together on floors so you can smell smoke regardless. Room wasn't very clean. The bed wasn't very stable and was pretty uncomfortable.
Never Again Worst state of repair and cleanliness I have experienced in a long time.

Very disappointing for the price. Very hard, uncomfortable bed. Hallways, stairwells were dirty and carpet stained. Carpet in the room was very dirty. Very few TV channels to choose from.

This was my first time at an Extended Stay hotel. I wasn't prepared for the differences compared to a Hampton Inn. No shampoo or iron and the room was not cleaned daily. THis is ok if you know what to expect from the beginning. I didn't do my homework. i was concerned about my safety at this hotel and when I checked in there were several men in the lobby. only if necessary Most of the hotels in the area were full because of a convention. This was one of very few choices left to us. It's functional. The staff was helpful. It works, but I would only stay here if our usual [Fairfield Inn] or others like it are not available. It's very drab...sort of depressing. The carpet in the room felt sticky and looked dirty. Can't sleep here Sorry but hard to sleep when pipes are screaming, showers are running, air conditioner is load. Sound wise there was no comfort. Cannot recommend.
