Amenities excellent but service disappointing I checked in just after midnight due to a delayed flight. The man who checked me in never once greeted me or smiled. From his lethargic, apathetic attitude, it felt like I had just done him the unforgivable disservice of waking him from his slumber, and that he was being terribly inconvenienced. Don't feel safe It took awhile getting in the bldg when arrived at night as I think the staff were not on the look for late arrivals of guest
Paid for it thru Expedia. Motel was horrible!!!! Got to motel and didn't even end up staying there!! Everything dirty rundown in bad area. Lost money by going through Expedia!!! Never again will I use this service!!!!!!!

Sayed in way better hostels for a FRACTION of pri The bed was hard and sagging in the middle. A fire alarm was set off at 2 am. The staff was less than friendly.
Do not recommend The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was filthy. Mold on the bathtub, previous guests foodstuffs in the fridge, sticky kitchen floor and old crumbs and a child's toy fell out of the recliner. I had to ask for a coffee pot and dishes and there was no gym.
Will never stay here again! We stayed for five nights in March 2015. The family consisted of my husband, me, our 3 year old, our 2 year old, and two small dogs. We were visiting family and attractions around the area. We got in late Saturday night and my sons had fallen asleep in the car, so they were wide awake at 10:30. They were running around and being crazy, playing on the luggage cart, etc, and the downstairs neighbor came up to complain about the noise. Disappointed. Lobby unattended after 11 pm, had to call to get registered when my plane arrived late. Also couldn't find anyone to talk to in the morning before I left for work. Hotel had no info on my hotels.com booking. Internet does not work "network problems". No chair in room, sit on bed or counter stool. Noisy fan in bath comes on automatically with light.
