Had high hopes, was badly disappointed They nickel and dime you. The last extended stay I was at, would at least come in and take out the trash and give you fresh towels daily. You had to pay for that here. You have to ask for the kitchen stuff, they don't keep it in the room. I mean, who stays at an extended stay and doesn't expect to use the kitchen?? Bed was hard as a rock. Towels were the type most other hotels use in their pool room. They were cheap and rough.
Smelly Our first room was very smelly - like indian food. It was so bad that we had to change rooms. The staff was sympathetic and made the room change immediately. Even the hall ways smelled. Also, the hair drier didn't work in our new room. Would not recommend this hotel to others.

Ok, but an annoying odor.... Room had an unusual, annoying odor to it. We asked the front desk about it and was told someone may have cooked an ethnic meal and the smell permeated through the walls. TV remote did not work, went down to get batteries, still did not work, had to move channels, sound by manual methods. Kind of a pain when you're trying to relax in bed. One of the lights next to the bed did not work at all. I've stayed at better Extended stays, but won't stay at this one again.

I thought for the steep price I paid for the room it was plain without any coffee makers, ice, ice buckets, access to newspapers, although it was clean.

The AC unit was making a loud noise , and the fire alarm went off twice . Hard to sleep
Dirty and Smelly The first thing I noticed when I walked in my room was a strong wave of body odor smell. Then a huge puddle in the middle of the kitchen area floor. I fell asleep the first night with the remote on the bed and when I woke up i couldn't find it so I assumed it fell off the bed. When I looked under the bed to see if that's where it disappeared to I saw TONS of trash. There was some soda bottles, some old cologne, and other garbage. Not a good experience! We requested dishes, etc. for our room in the morning. When we returned at night they were still not there so I had to go with the front desk attendant to pick them up in the storeroom. Room airconditioner unit worked sporadically. Bathroom fan/light was very noisy! Hallways smelled like fish from someone cooking in a nearby room. The exit door next to our room quit working and wouldn't be repaired until the following Monday, this was Friday, which meant a lot of walking for my elderly mother.

Bed Bugs Room 235 had bedbugs ..... I ended sleeping in my van. ..
not good Didnt have good support. Not enough towels or items for bathroom. Breakfast items ran out.
