New Name, Bad Services! Hotels.com didn't know the name of the hotel had recently changed. I spent over an hour driving around looking for a hotel that did not exist. The hotel is now an extended stay hotel where numerous contracted laborers were staying. Our first night was quiet, but the second night was rowdy with yelling and doors slamming most of the night. There was no room service provided so there was no refill of coffee, soap or towels. For the price, I was very disappointed!

Don't do it! The beds were hard and bedding is from the 1970's! No shampoo or amenties in the room. Woke up to car alarms going off and 2 police cars outside the hotel! Asked for a suite and was given a 2 double bed room. Would not stay here again.

Won't be back Check in took too long. Nice gent but could not multi-task. Room is outdated. Carpet dirty. White cabinets were yellowed. Pillowcase was stained. No amenities. Odd smell.

Very uncomfortable Very uncomfortable stay, felt like staying in a very poor man's house, room has bare minimum facilities. Phone was not working properly, not enough pillows, no complimentary creams, no shapmoo. Two rock like soaps were placed in bathroom. No dish washing soap, got a small pack of coffee. You hardly get good TV time , very few channels were available that too many were not working at all.

Homestead Minneapolis - Eden Prairie 2 of the 3 rooms we booked were acceptable. The one room that was not had a very strong smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. It was a handicap accessible room in which we did not want. After complaining about the smell the person at the desk simply went into the room and sprayed some room deoderizer and opened a window. He said that was all he could do. Disappointing!

Crap This hotel was crap,.... the bathroom tub was stained... the bed was very uncomfortable.... it is definately in need of major updating!

Not worth it The hotel was very disappointing. The cost was not that much better than other hotels in the area. I was quite surprised to find that they had pay coffee in the lobby (although it was only a quarter). Since I took a flight with only carry-on, I did not have a razor when I arrived and the only razor that they had was in a vending machine for two dollars.
