Room was dirty, no towels or toilet paper, chair was moldy and the pillows were on the floor with no pillow cases. Would never book here again.

Was told there was a breakfast but only a few packaged muffins and no one around when we checked out rang the buzzer a few times also there was some noise all night in the room sounded like a vent shuttering in the wind but couldn’t track it down

The check process is ridiculous. There no utensils to cook or eat with. The furniture is worn and the shower was disgusting.

Horrible. It was gross, we didn’t even stay the night! The faucet wasn’t attached fully to the sink, there was a whole in the bathroom door, the air didn’t work, the bed was horrible, the kitchen was dirty and sticky. We just left after a while. I want to get a refund since we didn’t stay there because it was so bad.

I will not be back and I am an extended stay loyalist for 15 years now. This is sad and it hurts plus the roaches went into my food when I sat it down and went to the bathroom. I wasted my money on the food.
