There were roaches in the room, a drunk woman with her dog sleeping in the lobby, front desk advising NOT to book another night because of roach infestation.

Room was like a hospital room, except not clean
Worst ever!! Don’t stay here! It’s disgusting!! There were bags of garbage by the elevator. The halls were in vacuumed and dirty. There was never anyone at the desk, even when we’d ring the bell. The breakfast was a. Huffing or breakfast bar and coffee. No creamer. Don’t waste your money or time on this place!!
This place was disgusting. The hallways smelled like literal poop and the room stank of cigarettes. The outer door didn't close/ lock properly so anyone could get in and there were no screens on our windows. The bed was super uncomfortable and the fitted sheet didn't fit properly and kept slipping off. People were yelling out in the parking lot and at the nearby bar all night. I had to book this stay last minute because my mother was admitted to the nearby hospital and it cost nearly $200 for an absolute trash heap.
Go elsewhere unless homelessness is other choice We did not stay due to uncleanliness and overall poor condition of the hotel.
This is not a safe hotel for a woman traveling alone. It was unclean and there wasn’t even a trash receptacle in the bathroom.
The front desk guy was so high fro marijuana that he reaked of that we had to wake him up while he was sleeping on the counter and then he didnt remember checking is in five minutes prior. We rented a room with a pullout couch and a queen bed and we didn't have a pullout couch. We had to ask family to borrow a cot for our daughter. Breakfast was not out when it was supposed to be, it was hours late and all the food(milk and snacks for the baby spoiled because the fridge didnt work) we have always had good experiences at exte... read more
