No Sleep! Hotel construction was not 100% finished. Light switches were difficult to figure out....Main switch didn't appear to work at all. Extremely noisy....heard every step guests took in the room above and it kept me awake. Horrible nights rest! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! A simple coffee maker would be a nice amenity. At 7:00 am not even lobby had coffee.

Not the cleanest hotel We were given a pamphlet of rules which if you read beforehand, you would know what kind of area you would be staying in...not a good one. The room was not clean...cookies on the floor, garbage under the bed, crumbs in the drawers & dark hair in the bathroom & on towels. The bed was not comfortable, and the lights kept turning on throughout the night. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Holiday Inn or somewhere more reputable. One of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in.

They cancelled my reservation They cancelled my reservation and were overbooked and simply didn't care. I booked a 2 queen bed, the offer me a one single bed that didn't work because I was traveling with my wife and 2 teenager kids, had to go to another hotel with the help of Expedia staff and unfortunately this second hotel was terrible

Disappointed The room smelled strongly of chemicals and it wasn't clear how the light switches worked, nor the microwave. Elevator was incredibly slow. Lots of hallway noise.

Need to train staffs more Poor service . you have to come down to the front desk to let your visitors in..SMH......nice place but the staff need human relations and more training...

Traffic noise We had a 12 night extended stay for a high fee. Five days their elevator was down and we were on 4th floor with a back disability for my spouse. We did not get our original request of 2 beds in room. The road noise from busy University Ave is loud. Extra fees for clean towel service. You only get 2 towels in room.

My stay was horrible, there was water coming up through the floor, constant noise, constant police calls there, my car was broken into and burglarized, the staff was in caring about all of this, there was no cameras or security. the place was dirty and even the entry door had taped over broken window !
