I was very upset about staying there, it took at least 10 min to get checked in and from 1230am till 430 there was a party next door with bass we had to call twice to get the noise down wish I could get my money back but I know the answer

No way Left the hotel a half hour after checking in and i will never ever go back. Yikes.

This hotel doesn’t have any hair dryer. The service in general is very poor. The house keeping service is not good at all.

Be prepared! As we checked in there were two undercover detectives there questioning a guest. This is an extended stay hotel that many of the residents seem to be drug users. Room 420 seemed to have a regular flow of visitors. The whole place smelled of smoke. My first room I refused to stay in because it was obvious they had not changed the linens. OK stay but shady charges on card. The showers are horrible. No water pressure at all. The rooms are suitable. I like a room with a kitchen so I can cook my own meals. I have stayed there 3 times. The second time after I checked out, they charged my credit card $62.92. I called and was told it was a mistake and it would be refunded. I stopped by the next day to confirm and was told there was no evidence of them charging my card. I never got refunded and could not dispute the charge due to the fact that I am out of state work... read more

Disappointed and misleading with lack of informati Staff didn’t inform us of about how things worked. Also had missing drawer in room. Coffee in lobby was turned off at night and not on til 9am. Smell of bad Oder and hallway not cleaned over week. Kitchenette was not useable due to no cookware/dishes. Only gave 3 large towels and 2 wash clothes. Unfriendly staff who seemed have friends hanging out all time with them.

Noisy and smelly place to stay No carpet in the room, no room service, take your own trash out. The hallways smelled stale and unpleasant. Road noise was present as it is close to a busy highway and the neighbors had little regard for other patrons, lots of noise from kids running around and people yelling.

Stay away! This hotel is not safe! At first glance, the hotel looked nice. Newly renovated and modern. After check in, our room looked pretty good. Then we noticed that there was a big hole where a kitchen drawer should have been. When running water in the bathroom sink, it immediately backed up and someone else's hair was floating in the water. We were moved to another room. In this room, there were multiple cigarette burn marks along the top of the bathtub. We had a meeting to attend - no more time to move. The real kicker... read more
