Very bad, never recommend Bad rooms, bad service, bad location

This property is not really a "hotel". It's more of a flop house, even though it's brand new. There is no service whatsoever. Honestly - housekeeping every two weeks?! Front desk closes at 10:00PM. Advertised as a non-smoking facility, yet I could smell cigarette smoke the minute I stepped off the elevator, and when I complained, the front desk clerk told me he's come up and spray! I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Choose another hotel Over the years, I have probably booked at least 200 rooms with Hotels.com. I lean heavily on the ratings that other travelers give to the hotels. Only review the stay when things go really well...or...really bad. Don't like throwing anyone under the bus unless it is deserved. - I won't take up your precious time with the laundry list why this property was really bad. From a seasoned Hotels.com client...avoid this property.

Beware! Horrible. Read to the end. Mice pellets, VERY STRONG SMOKE SMELL, dirty sheets (potential bed bugs?), dirty floor, previous persons trash in room, rude staff, TV broken and wont turn off, did not believe that I had already paid and had a reservation, and almost denied me the room. We checked in and only stayed an hour. They do not refund despite the terrible condition of this place. A couple hours after I reserved I found out I no longer needed the hotel. I knew per Expedia it was nonrefundable. I went to check in at the front desk and explained my situation. The front desk worker said if my credit has not been charged the reservation can still be cancelled. She looked up the reservation and said my card has not been charged and she can cancel it. She was very nice and helpful but later my credit card was still charged. Therefore I paid for a hotel room that wasn’t used.

Well thankfully I was able to make it before they closed the front desk and all the employees there left. I did however asked for 2 towels since they only leave 2 and our reservation was for 2 adults 2 kids and we never got them and decided to check out early and go to a different hotel.

Does not look like website pictures Room was cost effective, however the pictures on the website did not match with the real place. I was handed rules of not loitering or using drugs in the hotel. The front desk staff whispered and showed me my room number so others standing near would not hear the number. Several people where hanging outside smoking and talking all night.
