You pay for what you get. Room was not as good as the review. You definitely pay for what you get. We got a non smoking room but it smelled so bad we had to put a candle. For a hotel that was newly built, I wouldn’t recommend nor come here again.

Smells like weed. Poor service waited at front desk for over 20mins to check in. Beds are not comfortable at all.

I thought i was in quality inn but did not see anything quality. Smells cigarettes, poor hospitality, i stayed for 6 days and my linens were not changed even one day. I was confronted in the morning of checking out and was told we have to leave by 11:00am. I was once followed out by a worker and she told me that she charge me for forgetting to remove glass from the breakfast table yet i paid to stay there. Horrible place to be.

Awful. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff smells of weed and is never around. The rooms are missing remotes and other little things.

Don’t stay here Room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors and the sheets had clearly not been changed as there was hair everywhere. The towels had not been washed as they had brown spots and makeup marks.

Oh no! We apologize for this unpleasantness. We are known for our super clean rooms including sanitizing comforters, linens, and shower curtains between each stay. We are so sorry for disappointing you.
Room smelled terrible. I had to go buy Frebreeze. Hallway smelled like dog. No coffee pot in the room and was only served from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the lobby, if you brought your own cup. My room was across from the exit and the doors slammed all night. There was one tiny bar of soap for hand washing and bathing. Parked next to me in the parking lot was what looked like a homeless person sleeping in their vehicle. All in all a terrible experience.

This hotel stay was bad from start till we left the next day. The young man behind the counter was rude. They did not have the room I had reserved, we took a smaller room. Not a real big deal. the people above us were actually running in their room, I called the front desk and the noise got worse. You could hear every conversation out doors and in hall ways. the bed vibrated when the out side doors were opened and closed. The kids upstairs settled down at bed time, we slept ok.
