Nice updates, needs better cleaning and services. The rooms and hallways and stairways are all fairly dirty. The room itself looked nice. It’s stupid to have a kitchen with no dishes or utinsels. Asked for an extra pillow, they had none.

Went barefoot....floor was filthy. Bed was good until I woke up and found the place had bed bugs

Shut it Down I complained to hotels.com about my stay, how I didn’t feel safe, there were many cops in the parking lot looking in car windows with flash lights, there were people constantly in and out of their rooms even until 3:30 AM and also banging on my walls. When the front desk lady came up to talk to me she was very rude and condescending. This place should not be advertised on any hotel websites.

dissapointment Was not able to check in! They close the check in desk at 8pm with a roll down door and when I tried to call the number provide for after hours, I got a message that they were busy and to call later. There also was no parking due to a lot of construction vehicles taking all the spots. Not even a spot for check in? Disappointing experience after an exceptionally long work day. Won’t try this property again.

Disappointed I chose this hotel because I knew it was just built in the last year or so. However, for being a new hotel, it had many different orders, including smell from pets and smoking. The carpeting in the hallways had many stains and the room wasn’t as clean as I expect in hotels. Overall I wasn’t impressed and do not plan on staying there again.

The peope on the room next to me were loud every day. Their kid was constabtly noisy and banging on the walls. I tried to gst my room switched but there were no other rooms. I slept horribly for thr entire week i was there.

Roma had a bad smell, asked to switch rooms got a new room but smaller. Would not book here again. But Vincent at front counter gave excellent service. He did what he could to make sure I was satisfied.

Convenient Compared to my stay last spring, this hotel is looking pretty ghetto. Elevator looked like someone thru yogurt all over the walls. Broken light in my bathroom, someone put a lamp in it, the fan didn't work, and I couldn't stay connected to their "free WiFi". Good for convince to freeway, gas and food. That's about it

Ransacked Room Considered "no big deal" Woodspring was a inexpensive option! Location, condition and cleanliness were all very good. Unfortunately, we came back to our room one evening and the room had been ransacked. Our paperwork was rifled thru, our snacks were opened and some stolen. Our clothes were either pushed off the shelf and left on the floor or pushed back against the wall. A half empty soda bottle was left on the counter.
