Extended Stay Hotel We stayed here for three nights. There was nothing wrong with this hotel. It had the basics for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. It is set-up as an extended stay hotel so it includes a kitchenette. There is not housekeeping each day as a typical hotel would have. They do offer Kuerig coffee as well as packaged muffins and granola bars in the morning. I did notice that there were several people looking for help from the front desk in the morning but nobody seemed to be around to help them. Th... read more

We were quite startled. The documentation indicated that there's free breakfast included. Not quite true unless the coffee and "cereal bars" and "oatmeal packets" are equated as the "free breakfast." It was OK with us, though. We are customers who can easily be pleased. Just quite UNSAFE to have main entrance pavement not completely cleaned/cleared of icy patches of snow. Parking lot had the same condition. False move on the ICY PARKING lot can cause one's life. I wonder if this is true in all of Minnesota hotel parking lot... read more

It’s convenient for when it’s storming because it’s right next to my work. But some of the staff have an attitude for no reason, not to mention that house keeping will come to your room before checkout time and obnoxiously and loudly knock on your door yelling housekeeping to wake you up like you asked for a wake up call. Extremely unprofessional and rude and they know better.
