When we walked into the room it was about 80 degrees. One of the wall lamps had to be put back together by my husband. The kitchen faucet had a leak.
An OK stay for money. Room not serviced on weekend. Staff behavior varied from very helpful to indifference. Initial staff person attempted to locate a room with this company closer to my destination, also issued a room card when the one I had was misplaced. Check out person was indifferent. Distance to Dunwoody College was a problem in more traffic conditions.
Great place The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having a refrigerator to keep my water cold. I would come back again.

Secluded area...felt quiet and safe. A good price for a very nice room. Very quiet when we were there. Great bed.

Not the best costumer service The front desk is very big and the clerk sat way at the corner and I didn't see him. I thought no one was there until I said something. They need to sit up by the desk more, to be professional.
