1st we asked for a hotel in Maplewood , Mn. They booked us in Maple Grove which was so far from my daughter's. The person that I talked said it was10minutes away. Then at 4 am Sunday the fire alarm went off and we had to go out in the cold. I think we should some sort of compensation for this. Let me know what can be done. !!!!!!

When we walked into the room it was about 80 degrees. One of the wall lamps had to be put back together by my husband. The kitchen faucet had a leak.
An OK stay for money. Room not serviced on weekend. Staff behavior varied from very helpful to indifference. Initial staff person attempted to locate a room with this company closer to my destination, also issued a room card when the one I had was misplaced. Check out person was indifferent. Distance to Dunwoody College was a problem in more traffic conditions.
Great place The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having a refrigerator to keep my water cold. I would come back again.
