Front desk - Clean room We had a late arrival at 11:30pm. We waited about 20 minutes before someone helped us. We had called the hotel while waiting in the lobby and no one came. There was also another group that was waiting for assistance. The lady that finally came didn't know anything. Thankfully a very helpful lady helped us. She was actually done with her shift and stayed anyway to check everyone. We didnt get into our rooms until slightly after 12:00am. mix up I made the reservation online and asked for a non-smoking room but when I checked in they gave me a smoking room. I asked to change but there were no non-smoking rooms available. I did not realize when booking that there was no daily maid service.

Waschsalon mit Trockner gegen Gebühr (Waschmittel 1$, Waschen 2$, Trocknen 2$). Bügeleisen und -brett im Zimmer. Standardmäßig keine regelmäßige Zimmerreinigung, wobei aber eine Endreinigung nicht separat bezahlt werden muss. good value I stay at the Maple Grove Extended Stay, when I travel to Minneapolis. It is convenient and gives you a kitchen for a more comfortable stay. Price is right and it's clean and quiet.

A Good Place To Stay Hello, I needed a few extra days prior to my original booking. The staff understood my situation and made the necessary arrangements to put me up. I further needed some transportation advice, which they supplied and helped me do what was needed. It worked out perfectly in the end. While there during my booked stay, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was like coming home. i want to return again. I will! Thank everyone there. Kind regards, James Johnson

Near to purchased home in Brooklyn Park I requested a quiter room as I'm very sensitive to elevator noise, hallway traffic, doors closing, etc. I got room 305. I heard not a single disturbing noise drift into my room. I commented to the management that the facility must have a low booking and was surprised to hear that the facility was over 90% full. No daily cleaning, a kitchenette, a grab and go breakfast, and non-smoking was appreciated. It was a no-frills experience, but "quiet" was most important. With that, I was well ... read more
