Check underneath the bed The lady at check-in was very polite. The room - 2 empty alcohol bottles underneath the bed. 2 empty beer cans underneath the chair. The bed was clean and comfy. Window was open - it was 18 degrees outside.

Smelled of smoke immediately as we walked in. Stained sheets on our bed and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to blow up.

I stayed after my 12 hour shift that ended at 11pm. I got to my room and it was freezing, I turned the heat to 90 and needed to turn on the shower and all the sinks to try to heat it up. I had to sleep with every piece of clothing I had plus my winter jacket, a hat and gloves as it was -14 outside. In the morning I opened the window shades and noticed the windows were cracked open. It smelled like marijuana and the room wasn't clean. There was also a hole in the wall and toenails on the floor.

It sucked Foot steps in the room above us like running.After 2 complaints starting at 10:45 pm last at 1:am. Finally quiet.Asked for a discount was told manager wouid call twice has been 28 hours since first request 45 minutes since second. I will never stay at America Suites agian.
