Disappointed. 1st of all we did not check in until 7 p.m. and they informed us that the room we had booked (studio queen) was not available. They said they had a king but that would cost more money. We were caught between a rock and a hard place so I told them fine, we would take the king. They rang up the king room for $76. I had paid Hotels.com $99 for a queen. Our kitchen sink was dripping all night long. There was a dripping sound in the bathroom (like between the walls), but we couldn't tell where it was coming from. The outside pet area was not well maintained & my key card would not work at that door. The breakfast area was supposed to be open until 9:30 am, but they ran out of coffee at 7:45 am and the guy at the front desk said that he did not know how to make coffee and the person who did had already left for the day. I don't think I will stay at this location again.

Dirty and Dangerous The place is in terrible shape. There are sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night. I did not feel safe here. The non-smoking room reeked of cigar smoke. The elevator is rusted and dirty. The staff were unfriendly and uncaring, more concerned with their own conversations than helping paying customers.

The building is dirty, the room smelled, and I didn't even stay the night. I left to find another hotel.
