My stay was horrible paid almost 400 dollars to stay in a hotel that looks like a motel for the two nights I was there nobody came to change the sheets,the bathroom was a mess only give us 2 towels for the first night we used those same towels till we can leave no breakfast

Couldn’t check in. Absolutely no staff on site. People drinking in the lobby.

Overall horrible experience. I have never felt the actual mattress springs of a mattress until this stay while sleeping. The countertops and surfaces were sticky and dirty and could literally hear the floor of where I stepped making a traction stick sound every time I stepped. Stains and crusty residue on the carpets. Never received new linens or towels. Their continental breakfast was broken up granola bars and coffee. Terrible time. Hated the environment. Didn’t feel safe as a young woman traveling by herself

Bathroom sink clogged and smelled. Reported it and still didn’t get fixed.

Reservation was for two king rooms. Neither of us received one. Rooms were filthy. Didn’t even have a bar of soap. Once and done

Bad night stay thru Hotels.com We checked in the afternoon of June 27,2022. The room was outdated, hallways were terribly dirty. Room was not very clean. We went out for dinner and to watch a grandson’s baseball game, returning at about 10:30pm. There was water coming down thru the ceiling vent in the bathroom onto to toilet, water on the floor. Awful Experience Absolutely horrific experience!! Arrived at the Motel & a rude worker came from somewhere in the back & informed me that there were no rooms available! When I told that we had reservations, she replied, "You don't understand, we have no rooms." WOW!!

My wife called it "spooky" The doors and cabinets were scratched and dented. The walls in the hallway were patched in many places and were not even painted over. There were NO glasses or cups in the room. Nice kitchen cabinets didn't have any dishes and utensils - and this an extended stay property. ABSOLUTELY the worst property that we have stayed in in 15-20 years!
