This place is outdated, old, and dirty. The toilet in my room was leaking water. Yes you heard that right. The counter tops were dorty. There was hair on the chair. There are people just hanging outside in the hallways. This place is said. Looks more like a hotel in the hood. Never staying here again.

Worst experience of my life. I booked the same day, hours in advance. I got a confirmation number and everything. I got there and this 16yr old brat swored at me because, in his words, he doesn't represent the business and he is not responsible for being overbooked and he doesn't take responsibility so I better foff. No call in advance, no apologies, just swore words. Good job management!!! What happened with my refund. I haven't received that yet. Am I to be swored again at? Very disappointing and ugly experience.

Room was very dirty and smelly

Well we checked in and the man was very nice. We got to the room and it wasn’t even clean. It was actually cleaned because the maid service tip envelope was neatly placed in the counter but about a foot away was salt and like used hamburger on the counter it was disgusting. Turned around walked out and refunded. Couldn’t take it and the smell was like pot in the halls gross.

Dingy and dated. Obvious indigent long term guests. Breakfast cold coffee and cereal bars. Very uncomfortable here.
