Overall, the stay was ok but it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The grab and go breakfast was definitely grab and go as in there weren't many options.

Very uncomfortable staying here. There were people loitering / sitting around in the hallways late at night. The place was filthy, covered in stains and dust. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked this hotel on a Tuesday night for the upcoming Friday & Saturday nights. When I showed up to check in on Friday night I was told they had no rooms available. I explained that I booked a room on Tuesday for Friday & Saturday already, but I got the same answer that there were no rooms available. I asked how this could be and the guy behind the desk just gave me a number to call for a refund as he clearly did not care whatsoever. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I had a dog and they put me on the 3rd floor. I came back from a long day of watching softball. I stopped at the desk because I left my key in the room, it took 5 minutes for the desk person to come out of the office to help. Then when I asked where the ice machine I was told they didn't have one and I had to make my own. The last thing I wanted to do was make my own ice. It's not a bad place to stay, but that has to be the MOST uncomfortable matress I have ever slept on. Like I have slept of floors that are more giving.

I didn’t like there was no remote for the tv, no way to call the front desk from the room and the hallway smelled

Property canceled my stay without notifying expedia or me. Would not recommend this property. Expedia spoke to the hotel staff onsite but they were not able to provide an answer on why my reservation was canceled. Take your money and go elsewhere.
