First of all, this is not a hotel, it's affordable housing. When checking in, I got a lot of funny looks from the locals. Room smelt like mold and stale cigarette smoke. Asked to be moved, but to no avail. Room itself was pretty awful. Tiny cheap pillows, worn out furniture. Stayed two nights. Asked for room service the next day. They said they offer room service once a week... And that if I wanted my room cleaned that I should have notified them in advance. Worst room in a long time. I travel for work. This is the worse extended stay I’ve ever seen. Very dirty and room smelled HORRIBLE. Need of new management desperately.

NEVER TRY THIS HOTEL The most lousy hotel ever I have seen, room and inside hotels it was smelling bad and front desk says no one had complained about this. Was in many hotels but this was the worst hotel, never ever go into this, checked and vacated the hotel with in 3 hours, I was so prepared to lose $135 per night for checking out and booked another hotel immediately, internet was too poor, to open a google homepage took several minutes. Most awful experience It was the most worst & horrible experience with Hotel stay. Room was awful and overpriced. Never expected from Extended Stay America.

Horrible!!!! Paid for a two night stay for the Northern Invasion concert, and was told at 1:00am the hotel was overbooked. Still working on getting a refund, a week after the fact. Quick to take your money, but not to provide any services for it.

Worst hotel experience of my life! I booked my room months in advance, even called 3 days prior to my arrival to confirm my reservation. I even showed up early and asked if an early check in was possible and was told no so I went to my event, I got back to the hotel that night about 10pm and was told they had no rooms left...they had given my room away even though it was held with a valid credit card. I had to drive to another extended stay an hour out of the way to get to a hotel with an opening.

While the room was clean, it was run-down and the whole building smelled like cigarette smoke. The cigarette smell in the bathroom was almost intolerable. The walls are paper thin and I could hear a neighboring room conversation as clear as if it were in my room.
