This is a nice looking property from the outside but it stops once you step inside. The room was reasonably clean except for the toilet (feces) and the furniture was very worn and used looking. The VERY limited staff was helpful at check in. We had a kitchenette but be informed there is nothing in the cupboards to use. I had to ask for ice as apparently there should have been trays in the freezer. The carpet in the room was so filthy that we didn’t know if we dared look at the rest of it. The couch looked like a party couch from a frat house.

We arrived at 8 PM and was told that our room wasn’t ready “because a lot of people just checked in before us…” Did she give our room away?!?! We had to wait for the desk attendant to go clean our room. We were looking forward to sitting at the bar after checking in, to be told that they are still working on getting their liquor license and there was nobody at the bar. Hotel was double booked We got there at 12:30 AM greeted with " We were waiting for you sorry we are double booked. No room for you we will get youba refund. " No phone call at all " we never thought about that"

The room was very spacious and had almost everything we could have needed for a night. The bed is in need of replacement. Rolled to the middle all night long.

Everything was good except for the floors in our rooms were pretty filthy. We noticed after our showers the bottoms of our feet were black due to the floors not being cleaned properly. Other than that the experience was very good.
