The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and beeping every 30 seconds. The room reeked of cologne and the carpets were stained. Parking area is not well lit.

When we checked in no one was there. We waited and finally had to call someone from lobby phone. Eventually someone showed up. Staff was not trained well and took forever to sign us in then had to call manager. It’s all So weird! Our carpet infront of our coffee table was gross. So spoiled with food and drinks, there was someone’s random sock under the couch…at least that is what we think it was. You could see dried up urine around the base of the toilet. Check-in was good. Room was comfy, bed comfortable. bathroom clean/good BUT the carpet was horribly dirty and had multiple very obvious stains. The drawer fronts on the chest were broken & there some damages(shades). I certainly hope the people that broke the furniture were held accountable.

Carpets were heavily stained. Lounge was closed on a Saturday. Zero breakfast. No fresh coffee. Rooms were large.

I reserved a room with a kitchen because I fully intended to use it. There are no utensils or pans to use. The cabinets are all completely empty. Just dumb!

Will not be staying here again Carpet is filthy dirty. There was no shower curtain in the room and the tub drained very very slow
