The property said breakfast was included but it was not for our stay. When we asked about it they said their truck did not come in. Our room had a musty smell and the rug was dirty.

Called hotel on day of arrival notifying them of my late arrival, 1AM. Upon arrival at 1:30AM my reservation was cancelled, no show.

This place is a terrible place to stay. There was abed bug, staffs are not friendly. The breakfast we paid for is nothing but a coffee and a small muffin. That is a mislead. They do not provide anything unless you ask for and they do not bring it to your room but you have to go and pick up. Never stay there or recommend others to stay there. HORRIBLE PLACE!!

When we got to the room it smelled the carpets are dirty. Bed was comfortable bathroom was cleaned. No Continental breakfast knowing they say there is. A mop bucket was still in the eating area from the night before. We waited over 45 mins for a member of the front desk to show up in the morning. Not impressed at all knowing it has great ratings stars

Top 3 worst hotels in Minot, ND Do not stay at this hotel. They will not honor your reservations during busy season (Minot State Fair). I made group reservations for my retirement ceremony and they sold my family’s room and had to find a room for that late at night. Luckily we found one. Also, some of the staff are allowed to have their kids at work with them but are behind the front desk. I don’t believe this gives off a professional first impression of the place.
