Terrible, Expedia does not do a good job explaining the “Extra Fees”. You use your points to get a reduced fee night and then yo get to the hotel for them to charge you $30 dollars on fees. This is totally unacceptable! If Expedia says you will be paying $40 per night you shouldn’t walk out having to pay $75 at the site when you check out!!! Funny how when you don’t book through Expedia, that fee is in the price. Don’t know if I will ever use Expedia again, plain and simple!

Minot- I never actually was able to stay checked in when got there and they didnt have room i paid for via hotels.com and then gabe me whatbwas said as last room available and when went to room there was someone already in it.

When I registered online with Orbitz, the room I chose said king bed. I got a queen bed and when I inquired , the desk clerk said queen beds were all they had. The room smelled. The carpet was filthy and the furniture worn and shabby. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet ran off and on all night long so did not sleep well. Never got to stay was not open when I got there my plane was delayed and there’s nobody on premise to let me in late at night had to drive home after being up all day it was the whole reason for getting a hotel so I didn’t have to do that but nobody was there so I drove home

We use to recommend Noble to others, after our last stay we are already telling others to stay away. The front door locks at 9:00 and the front desk staff is gone at nine until 12:00 noon the next day. There were between 20 to 30 men and women in the lobby that were loud until 1:30 am and the free drink we were offered wasn't possible to get when there is no front desk staff. I'm sorry you were so disappointed in your last stay. We made some changes the first of this year. Since most of the business we do is now 30 day leases we have discontinued serving breakfast. Also, because of having more of an extended stay clientele we have changed our hours. In a town that has been overbuilt with hotels we all have to find the niche that works for us. Don't Bother Was the worst experience at a hotel for the price. Battled many flies in room upon arrival. Breakfast items gone when we arrived 1 hour ahead of closing for breakfast. Free o'dearves (sp) nowhere to be found. Coffee and toilieries on 2nd day were not provided. Sofa Bed unusable-too old and hard and uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone. I have never had to write a review like this on any hotel I have stayed at and I have stayed at very, very, many.
