No one was there for a late check in until 7am. Had to sleep on couch in lobby

Disappointed Nobody at the front desk for over 20 minutes. I had to go into the office to find a phone number to get hold of someone. While the room was clean it reeked of cigarettes and we had booked a non smoking room due to allergies.

attention to detail lacking we got into the room and it was cold…..turned up thermostat and the heating did not work……had to use stove hot plate to warm room….the bedroom was ok for heat ...not the livingroom area though……..at 12 midnight I had to find the reception person to give me bedding for the pull out sofa……granola bars and oatmeal packets for breakfast……

Not so great stay. Hair in the bathroom floor and bathtub. Lukewarm water in bathtub. Basically a cold shower. Cell phone didn’t charge up. Husbands cpap machine wouldn’t work in the bed side plugs. No one at desk in the evening, no one at the desk during breakfast. There was no coffee available for breakfast, only hot water for hot chocolate. No fruit, just bars and packaged muffins.
