The heat in the room wasn't working and the microwave wasn't clean when I checked in. Why I notified the person at the front desk she had a bad attitude and was rude.

They over booked the property, didn’t have a room for me when I arrived, but still billed my credit card for the stay. Now it is a long ordeal to try to get a refund back to my credit card.

They do not offer king beds or 2 doubles. Only queen. Contrary to what may be advertised. Plus the mattress needs replacing. Horrible bed!

Breakfast included...... usually pertains to eggs, sausage or pancakes. Not a granola bar and muffin tops by the looks of it. That's not breakfast that's a snack. Not even a coffee substitute. I don't drink coffee. No juice

No tv in the bedroom. No continental breakfast. Room was dirty. Drain in shower was slow draining. So you stood in water while showering. Stains on the walls. Not recommended to stay here at all.
