Great room for the money I researched a lot of hotels and read many reviews before deciding on to stay at this hotel. You honestly can't beat the price in Mobile. It's located in a nice location off the highway and very easy to get to. I inspected the room upon arrival and everything was fine. It's by no means a fancy hotel, but for the money, it's really a great deal! I've stayed in much worse conditions for more money in the past. Nice Hotel Although I was unable to get a wake-up call and an extra pillow for my husband the room was nice.
Good deal for the price Although it wasn't the most comfortable stay I have ever had, for the price it was fabulous. We had a no smoking room with a queen size bed. The room was clean and the bed was large enough for my husband and I. It was VERY firm. He loved it, however, I prefer a softer mattress. There were two tables and internet access. The staff was terrible not the checkin staff they were amazing but the lady that was there to check us out was extremely rude . She sold our room while were still in it after she told me i could go load my card because they dont take cash . She then came to rush me to move out oitafter i
There were bugs and cockroaches. The room wasnt cleaned, there was old food stuck to the cabinet and floors. Do not recommend.
There was nothing in the room, not even a plastic cup to get a drink. I mentioned I cook my own breakfasts in the morning, so the clerk gave me a pot and a pan, 2 plates, and 3 plastic spoon. I was a bit surprised that there was no coffee machine, no cup or anything else in a room with Kitchen. I guess one to ask for every little thing, I did not want to deal with it. I spoke to one person and she was very helpful, she just followed the rules and I completely understand.
