The room smelt absolutely awful . Like fish or pets that’s had used the floor as a toilet No pots and pans

As a cancer survivor I did not enjoyed being insulted by check in girl. Who said I did not look like my id. That there was no way that was me I did lose 45 pounds my hair and self esteem. Thank you for ruining my trip by insulting me so fellow cancer survivors be warn make sure you have multiple pictures that prove you are yourself. The hotel still has not apologize..

i didn't like the fact that your night auditor removed our reservation and after being informed of our late arrival time, we phoned from the airport to your toll free phone number. they were able to get someone to the front desk to unlock the door were not allowed to check-in . we had to go to the marriott to get a room in the wee hours of the morning after being dismissed from your property, we traveled from california to mobile for a wedding and was very very very inconvenienced by this action. .affter having followed your... read more

Noisy and you won’t be able to sleep! Worse hotel to stay. You’re sleeping in the parking lot. Hear every noise coming from outside and people screaming talking walking around all night. Couldn’t get a sleep not even hour. Checked in around 12am and left by 5 am. Never stay here again and recommend!

Very expensive for what the hotel provides. "Breakfast" is quite poor, the room was dirty and the TV did not work. If it's a hotel for a few hours, it might be worth it, but it wouldn't be a pleasant stay.
