We had a random man trying to enter our hotel room an hour before checkout. He didn’t knock to come in, used a key. Luckily we had the latch locked and he could only open the door just only a few inches but when we said something he slammed the door and ran away. When i told the girl at the front desk about it at checkout, she was rude and had the worst attitude. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Ripped off by Extended Stay and Hotels.com I got ripped off by Extended Stay America and Hotels.Com said there was nothing they could do. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk for over thirty minutes. I called the 1-800 number, but Extended Stay still could not locate any human to come to the front desk and check me in. I had to book another hotel because I couldn't get checked in! Unfortunately the room was disgusting upon checking, the air conditioning smelled of damp moldy must, in the bathroom was only partially clean with another guest's vomit residue around and within the toilet and shower
