Sorry service the hotel staff never cleaned my room after the first day. They did not bring towels and face cloths for the second day we had to go to the office to request these items. I will not stay at that hotel again.

Awful stay The room was not clean and the service was very poor.
This is not a clean motel The room was run down the elevator was dirty the walk was dirty people shooting Fire works in the parking lot me and my wife didn't feel safe

worst in recent memory this hotel was recommended above the others from the guy at Hotels.com. it is probably the worst place I have stayed in recent memory. there is nothing.... not even a coffee pot unless you ask for it...yet it is advertised as an extended stay. To make things worse an alarm went off twice in the room in the middle of the night. i certainly lost a lot of faith in Hotels .com for recommending this hotel. and i dont think i would ever stay at another Extended Stay America again.
Really Sad Hotel We reserved two nights in this hotel; one night on our way to our destination and second night on our way home. The desk clerk did show me the room before we accepted it. I could see that it was run down with broken furniture and outdated decor. I was hesitant about staying, but it was late and we had our dog with us and I didn't know how to find another hotel nearby that accepted pets. The more we were in the room, the more dirt I found. DON'T STAY HERE For $55 a night it was just ok. If I had to pay more and got there to see what the room looked like I would have left and paid more for somewhere else. The only good thing is the shower head, not the shower just the head. It had great pressure. The carpet was torn, mold everywhere, loud people everywhere and much more very bad things.
Something smells it isn't smoke. It smells like burnt food? Stains around toilet. Dripping bathtub. Breakfast is 'grab n go', so I just went. Staff is super nice though.

Not good This room smelled so very bad, stale, maybe been wet.
