Front desk Joey was so kind and welcoming! Joey at front desk was AMAZING!!! he made my friends and I feel so welcomed and cared for while we were there. He accommodated all our needs and was just so friendly. Definitely will be back for sure, glad to know there’s a hotel in mount Olive with such amazing staff!!! Again, thank you Joey for making the stay so sweet. I don’t know if he’s a manager or what but he deserves so much for how well he treats his guests! :)

Location is GREAT! If you are looking for a hotel near any store that you could possibly need, this is it! It is close to restaurants, food markets, and a shopping area. The location is great! If you forget anything, it is right there. The hotel staff was very nice. Check in was easy. There was an unusual smell, however, in the hallways and our room. Check in was fine but room smelled horrible!! Pillows smelled like someone just slept on them and the floor and bathroom were dirty. Ok for an over night if desperate but that’s it. I would try to find another hotel next time if I am ever in the area again. The location of the hotel is excellent as far as restaurants and stores!

A few things went sour During check-in it I thought I had left driver's license. Despite the room being prepaid, they would not accept non-photo ID. It was their attitude that bothered me more than anything. Fortunately I found my ID. The room had a nice kitchen area and full size fridge. The fabric on the two desk chairs was quite dirty. Weekend for dance. People could have their pets with them however no one picked up the poop. There was snow on the ground and maybe it hide it but it still should of been picked up.

It’s just okay The hotel is older, not renovated. It’s sparse. It smells like cigarettes and wet dog in the hallways but my non smoking room did not smell. It suited the need for a cheap one night stay but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

Need to clean bedding more often When we turned down the sheets to go to bed, they were covered in animal and human hair! We called down to the front desk and they immediately brought new sheets and blankets for us to remake the bed ourselves! The mattress pad was also covered in hair!

Perfect hotel, whenever I have to stay in N. J. The Extended Stay America Hotel meets my needs, when I stay over in New Jersey.
Convienent to major highways , close to beautiful country scenery for hiking , biking , fishing , bird watching, rock climbing & other outdoor interests. Historical area Budd Lake , largest natural lake in the whole state ! Waterloo Village & land lock system close by . Great place to rest after all that activity !
