Some of the front desk staff are more cooperative than others especially Joseph and Cheryl and Josh however Roosevelt and Ashley did not cooperate at all with my special concern about my legitimate medical condition not to stress me out

The Property smelled right when you walked in... not very clean either

Needs a pool, too many commercial vehicles parked on site. Breakfast hours need to be longer.

The room was amazing. However the bouncing on the floor above kept me from sleeping. Maybe the ceiling should have been more soundproof. The breakfast coffee bar was just about that. Reception was friendly.

Made a reservation for 2 beds and was told on arrival that there were no more room with 2 beds. After pushing at the front desk that we booked a double room, suddenly a double room was available. No extra blankets, heat made the room smell burnt and bitter, no one to help at the front desk at night, banging doors all night long, shampoo was half used when we arrived, and there were barking dogs in the room next door. Room was clean and comfortable but would never stay here again. Would not recommend.
