Nice people, smokey building but smoke free room Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Only criticism is the smokey smell in the building - though our room was completely smoke free. Also would have liked regular cream instead of the sweetened kind. Very good value. Hotels.com people were also very nice and helped me find the hotel room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and prompt service upon request for items such as coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, plates, etc. It's like a home away from home.

The elevator button to go to the first floor didn’t work. Had to take the stairs. Thankful it was only three floors. There was visible damage to the elevator by vandals. The hallway smelled of smoking even though the room was non smoking. The room was clean and did not smell of smoke. The person at the registration desk was very helpful and went out of her way to contact me about an issue with my booking. She was very professional and very customer focused..

So, when we first got there the receptionist, Niki, was amazing!!!! We were even called before hand to let us know the elevators were down. My mother is disabled and the stairs are not an option. They accommodated us with a room on the first floor. When we got into the room the windows were open but we shrugged it off and closed them and turned the heat on.
