dated room Ordered a king bed, but they only had a full size and that room wasn't cleaned so they put me in a double room. May use again but they have to step up there game.
Disgusting 1) Put on smoking floor as non-smoking resident. Would not move us. 2) Drunks in lobby. 3) Did not refund for early checkout. Claimed had to be done by Hotels.com. 4) Efficiency kitchen not stocked with utensils. 5) Rationed toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to get 2nd roll. 6) Had to go to front desk to secure clean towels and floor mats. DISGUSTING.
Never again Terrible. They only clean the rooms after 6 nights. Dishes were greasy, pans showed hard water stains. I did not move out because of a prepay. I was advised to clean myself, purchasing the cleaning materials.
My first and last time :/ First the only thing that this hotel has good is the staff, very nice and always making sure everithing was ok, but the room :0 first the Beds :OMG!! they were so hard and we all woke up with back pain, they were making sound like an old bed, I felt bad because of my kids, second the electricity plugs were't working only like 3 out of 8 were working and the lamps were not even turning on, follow by a clock that wasen't on. Bad experience Room that I booked was supposed to be a non smoking room but it was full with smoke smell. Person at desk was bad and did not even offer to change my room.
dirty The bathroom was dirty, ring around toilet, no bath mat, there was no pots or pans in kitchen area dishes were dirty... The lobby every time I went down to loby there were people hanging out, overall I have stayed in nicer hotels for less money will not be using extended stay again
No housekeeping, No cribs There was no housekeeping during my stay, although I did see the cart just down the hallway Friday morning. Asked about housekeeping Saturday morning at the front desk, was told that there is none on Saturday. Smoking rooms are available, which may be the reason that the hallway always smelled like cigarette smoke. No cribs are offered, and it's a good thing I found that out before hand because I had to borrow one. No breakfast offered except coffee and individually wrapped donuts.
COMPLETE RENOVATION NEEDED Hair in the bathtub. Rust around shower fixture. Tub stopper broken. Most of maintenance workers sitting and chatting in lobby. A few good front desk workers. Others seem disinterested. *Hotel in need of complete renovation.*
NOT TOO HAPPY ! No one at front desk for a long time. No shampoo/ conditioner and just plain basics! Room had been used for smoking, but was listed as a non-smoking room. Who wants to smell smoke in your room the whole night, when you are not a smoker???
