The rooms and linen are not clean. Stains on the pillows and on the sheets. Halls, elevator and non smoking rooms smell like old cigarettes. Staff is incredible, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you.

The property was neat and clean. Staff very friendly. The bed was Horrible. The room was advertised as a Queen bed. It was actually a double. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on rocks. I was so uncomfortable that I got up and slept in the recliner. When I complained to the manager, he apologized and said they were supposed to get a new mattress soon .

Reasonable price not so clean.... Price was reasonable, but not very clean. Bare essentials only...we only needed a place to sleep so it worked...

Awful night Room was a smoker room and we were not told. No nonsmoking rooms available to switch to. Poor breakfast. Sheets didn’t look clean. Staff was slow and poor

Unfortunately when I walked into the room there were roaches walking on the countertop. The room was old and dingy. I was so disappointed especially after working a 12 hour day and wanting desperately to rest and go to sleep. The receptionist at the desk was very sweet, helpful and apologetic. I left and found other accommodations. With all that happened, I must say that the hotel manager did email me with an apology and was very efficient. Awful!!! The hotel room smelled of cigarettes so badly it was unbearable. We wound up showering and staying at family close by

The worst experience I went there cause my daughter had a dance competition that weekend and we barely slept there was a party right across our room there were so loud it was ridiculous then the hotel staff was so hard to find they were never in the front it was just horrible then we went to lay on the bed to sleep and it looks like the sheets were never changed we found hair on the sheets it was so disgusting never again I will stay there.

Yuck I never would have stayed here if I would have known I searched a Marriott property and can’t believe this came up. It looked nice on the outside When I entered you could dog hair in the rug The place smelled terrible and worse when you got into ur room not all rooms Bc my friends didn’t smell but 1 room smelled worse then mine. The bathroom still had hair on and around the bathroom sink - it’s old and unkept like Not to mention the closed in long hallways looks like a visual from the Shining You can skip the breakfast ... read more

Poor customer service We got to the hotel and there was no reservation for my family so I had to book and pay again. I have opened a claim with my bank, I should have to pay for a reservation that did not exist. I will never use this service again
