1 room good 1 room bad. I had people working for me staying in 2 separate rooms. One room had no problem, the other room was unlivable. Cockroach, dirty shower, and yellow sweat or fluid rings on the sheets. New linens was brought as that was the only non smoking room left in the hotel. The reviews were good online but the one room my team got stuck with was so bad we had to change their hotel.

Disgusting DONT EVER stay here. We paid extra for a non-smoking room that smelled like wet cigars. The floors were sticky. The bathroom toilet seat was encrusted with yellow brown urine. The front of the sink looked like it had never been wiped down and there were smears of what appeared to be lipstick or nail polish smears all down the front of it. You get what you pay for This hotel is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". I wasn't expecting an amazing experience for around $75 a night. The first room they gave me smelt horrible; so bad I had to change rooms. The second room smelt cleaner but there was an old cigarette but inside the heater/AC unit vent. It didn't feel clean by any means and I think next time I'll spend the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. Also during my visit, it snowed about 8 inches. HORRIBLE.....stay away!! 1st room they put me in was horrible!! Picture on wall had broken glass, chairs were disgusting, weird smell. 2nd room was better, but would NEVER stay again! Breakfast is a Grab and Go. Overall, very disappointing.

bad experince... To begin if you stay 3 days or less you wont get anyroom service. next, room smell like food, refrigerator wasnt working propertly,night staff clueless,morning bfast is a joke, and to make matters worst BED BUGS...wont say anything else.

Good service by staff, hotel needs updating I stayed here for one night. My first room smelled like food but the front desk attendant was super helpful and moved me immediately. The sheets did not look clean at all. The heating unit did not work, the fridge sounded like it was going to explode all night, and the faucet was dripping (this was all nj our new room that smelled better). I was really happy to have a grab and go breakfast. It was a great price, and for the 12 hours I needed to be there, it was ok.

If you have to For whatever reason, I heard due to a big soccer tournament , there was no availability in the area. This place, if you have to, does the job. You smell smoke if the hallways, due to smoking rooms, and there is 1person at desk that does everything , from fixing our lock on our door to refilling the coffee in the am. Room was ok-again, if you have to.

Pass this one by unless you love smoke The first thing we nituced when approaching our non smoking room which was on a 100% non smoking floor was a heavy odor of cigarette smoke. We called diwnstairs and the clerk asked which room it was coming from. How would I know exactly which room?? The second thing we noticed was there were no dishes, cups, silverware, coffee maker, nothing. Bring your maid Kitchen Counters and cook top were filthy. Would not have gotten fresh towels if I'd not run into the porter in the hallway. Linens were never changed. People were smoking in the elevator. Apples were rotten I would have expected a little more at $100/nite.
