Worst experience ever The premises reeked of smoke, the room interiors were stained as well as the carpets. The blankets were old and rough, the air conditioning wasn't adjustable, the phone in the room non functioning and not replaced after requested.

Disappointed Requested highest floor and away from elevators and exits. Don't think they even read my request because I was put on the middle floor right next to the exit and elevators. Front desk guy wasn't there when I repeatedly called down to ask him to talk to the kids that were running around and jumping on the floor above us. Very disappointed with the staff and the room Our room was stinky. The bathroom had some dirty stinky socks. The towels and bedsheets were stinking as well. The AC was not working. When we complained, the front receptionist said they had no room and no other help to fix it. Very disappointed in the service. Will never stay there again.

The room was clean and tidy, but everything smelled like cigarette smoke. I had a nonsmoking room, but I could still smell it.
Bed Bugs Received many bed bug bites. Had to throw out my clothes and bag. Stay away.
Horrible customer service I paid for a two bed non smoking room. I even called because our flight was delayed two hours. I begged them to not give it away. But when we arrived at 2:30 -am they fave our room away and all they had was a 1 bed smoking room. We left to find a different hotel. I would like a refund.

Meh In the middle of nowhere. Restaurants but no grocery store, makes the kitchen useless. Coffee/breakfast served too late. Didn't like it and will not be back
Never ever stay here Horrible. Room was filthy, smelled of dogs and. Had bugs as in fleas which bit me. Sheets hadn't. Been changed before theyover me in and remote wS sticky . They said they would move me and didn't. I'm. Sure they were in violation of health codes. Need there license removed
