We were arriving at 2am. I called ahead to make sure that’s okay because we had been driving over 14 hours. Arrived, night audit began as I was checking in so we had to wait 10-15 minutes longer. No place to park except far ends of the building I had foot surgery 6/7 so I had to walk a lot to get to my room. Got to room at 2:36 went to restroom NO toilet paper at all. Room wasn’t thoroughly clean. Back of toilet had dust and dirt on it. Carpet torn next to bed near window. Room looked dingy and seriously outdated. Horrible e... read more

First of all if I visit an extended stay, I’m expecting they’re gonna have dishes provided for me. No dishes at the location that was part of the reason of my stay because I was cooking dinner for a date and then they pull out paper saying no drugs and weapons like do I look like a drug addict like let’s get serious here what type of crap is going on at this location and then when my boyfriend came to visit me he was ID at the desk and treated like a criminal. When we arrived the hotel had a bad smell. The elevator was out of order. Thank goodness we were on the second floor. The hotel room was dirty and one room did not have a bedspread on it. The free breakfast in the morning is terrible. Coffee tea and stale muffins. This hotel was $250 a night. Just terrible

A health hazard DO NOT BOOK Worst hotel experience in my entire life. The hotel us dangerously unhealthy it is so unclean and dirty. The lobby smells if garbage due to the garbage room being 20 feet from the check in desk. The room first given smelled of rot and bad food. We were given another room but it was even worse. Pet odor. Mildew in the kitchen area. It had not been cleaned in a long time. There was trash and pet food in corners and under both beds.
