Disappointed No room for despite a paid in full reservation, long wait to check in since we were not the only unhappy arrivals, desk clerk incapable of check ins, double booked rooms, needs new management clearly, cleaning is also high in the list for improvement.

visiting Dad and Nancy for Dad's heart procedure We stayed at this hotel because of a family medical emergency in the area --- we got a good same-day rate when combined with a rental car. Staff members were very friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated that. However, the room and its equipment left a lot to be desired. Promessed with breakfast surprised with cafe break The breakfast was just a coffee break (just muffin and coffee); no pool as shown in the internet, adding more nights cost double than new guest, is it expedia issue?

An Absolute Armpit Never again! Look elsewhere. The kitchen, which is why we chose this chain, was filthy with every piece of cookware, if you can call a skillet and a saucepan cookware, every plate, dish and all flatware; the coffee maker' and range top (which I had to repair before I could use it) were all greasy. The refrigerator leaked condensate water to boot. The first non-smoking room offered smelled like the bottom of an ashtray. Would Not Recommend this Hotel The drinking glass has cleaning residue, furniture are old, bed are hard and the room smells like dried up socks. Hotel staff were rude. We called front desk to inform that we will be late check-out but despite of that the staff keep knocking on the door asking us when we will leave.

Lackluster service I had prepaid for my room online, and upon arrival was greeted by a not very friendly man at reception. He was in the middle of "close out" and myself and two other customers were forced to wait nearly an hour for him to finish up and then check us in. The room itself was ok, for over $100 a night one would think there would be a few more personal items, like shampoo etc, in the room.

Avoid if you can When we arrived at the hotel , everything seems to be ok. The problems began when we got to our non smoking room, it smells like it was a smoking room. When we call the receptionnist, she told us that she could not change us in another room cause there were all rented and that it was because the third floor is for the smoking rooms, and probably somebody has opened their windows and the smoke came in our room but our windows were closed...So she gave us a bottle of air freshner... wow! Loud at night Staff was really friendly and professional. Fridge was very loud (turned it off) and hallways were loud well into the night so I couldn't sleep.
