Understaffed and overbooked Had to wait hours for a clean room. Other people's reservations were cancelled all together. Hair in the tub, hair on the bed, dirty foot prints on the floor and what I am 78% sure was a brown recluse.

TERRIBLE. This hotel was disgusting. We checked in at 7pm and our room was not cleaned. We were then informed that the hotel was overbooked. We were eventually given a room. We booked a Non-Smoking room and were given a smoking room. Our clothes and everything smelled by the time we left. The room was absolutely disgusting. I don't think the floors were ever vacuumed or the bathroom was cleaned. Do not stay here!
Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy The hotel room was extremely dirty - I felt like I may have gotten diseased had I touched anything. The floors were moldy, the shower was black with scum, the bathroom sink had soapscum everywhere, and there was a peculiar red stain on the wall of the bathroom. When bringing it to managements attention, they gave us another option to look at which turned out to be equally horrendous. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. facility needs a lot of work and upgrades to be like other Extended Stays we have used over the years. The Staff worked at above the call of duty to handle materials deficiencies of the property
Was not Impressed I travel a lot and got caught last min staying here the area is a WONDERFUL area to be in and the Hotel looks great from outside.. Once we got there the room was very outdated... The little chair was torn the pieces, spiders crawling, mold on the fridge door, door missing the closet, mold on shower curtain and towels were super hard... In my room I got into a none smoking room and it smelled like smoke. I ignored the issue and then went to take a shower the tub was nasty the package the soap came in was sticky with some sort of something the garbage has not been taken out the pillow cases were yellow and had stains on it. I was moved to another room where the garbage was not taken out and there were burn holes in the comforter. Cleanliness While the façade and landscaping of this facility seemed decent, the interior was in an unsanitary condition. The counter and table tops had not been wiped and were grimy. The lampshades and furniture were covered with dust and filth. There was mold in all the grooves in the tile in the bathroom. The carpet had not been vacuumed in the corners and crevices and which was debris from weeks of not being properly cleaned.
