Rude employees, no accomdation to people flying in. The unkept of the property seems unsafe

We asked for close or adjoining rooms and we didn’t even get close rooms. The check in clerk didn’t even try to accommodate us

Would not recommend Place was in a good location near the airport however was not a pleasant stay. The room was filled with flies. We booked a queen studio but was given a double. The air conditioning had an awful smell so we did not use it which was needed for the heat. Would not recommend.

They refused to honor the reservation. Could see it in their computer but said they were full. Not much in the way of an apology. People just hanging around outside. Rundown appearance to buildings and grounds. Don’t count on them for sure, and spend a little bit more yo be in a safer, less grungy environment.

The "Deluxe suites" were FILTHY! The odor of pet urine burned your eyes. The bed sheets were stained. They did not have any extra linen for the sofa couch. When pulling out the sofa couch, large black spiders the size of quarters ran out from beneath. The hard wood floors were so dirty we threw our socks away, and all of this we experienced in less than 10 minutes. We got our suitcases and run out of there!

The carpet was dirty The firealary didn't work. And made A terrible noise, I want sleep when Arrive At The room. Theycame and take the battout, so I felt unsafe

No thank you, Hotels.com I cannot give a review for the hotel, this is for Hotels.com We didn't get to stay here. When we arrived the lobby was closed and no-one answered the call box. Not sure if this was the fault of Hotels.com or a miscommunication between them. The confirmation said midnight was the latest check-in but their lobby closed at 11 pm. I contacted Hotels.com via chat and got zero results. Called the hotel the next morning and they did credit the stay on my credit card. So I am somewhat satisfied, I had to pay... read more
