The room wasn't maintained. Curtain rod loosely attached; floor has water damage; refrigerator door would not stay closed; room door has noticable air gap; no room service during my stay;when ask for

Esto es realmente de los hoteles de este tipo que peor ha estado , la limpieza es precaria por lo menos en la habitación que me tocó, permiten el acceso a mascotas y luego no realizan una buena limpieza, habitación en particular estaba llena de pelos de mascotas por donde quiera es realmente asqueroso. No volveré jamás

Quite honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had & not worth the $270 I paid. Stayed here for the weekend for an event (Friday night through Sunday morning). When I checked in, I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. They give me a new room. I work remotely so needed wifi which is advertised as free. When I sign in for the wifi, it literally won't let me bypass the upgrade options and closing it out doesn't activate the wifi. So I buy the upgrade for a day at $5.99. The room was not clean and it had a funny smells and stains on the floor stained on the counter top. I had to get a coffee maker. It had dirty carpet you found three stink bugs. and the best part was the handrail had blood going down.

You get what you pay for. The bathroom want clean, the toilet still had items inside and hair all around toilet. The stovetop was very dirty and the floors not clean. The staff at check was fine, but we didn’t have the room we booked. We booked King and was given a double. Every morning we didn’t see breakfast bags and the staff wasn’t there to ask. A/C was fine. The shower had ups and downs with temp, but was fine once you found the right spot.

Room was not clean, outside also quite off, my door lock stopped working when I went to get a hoodie from my car and it took me above 40 mins to get back to my room

No me gustó. El cuarto no está en condiciones, tenía mal olor y todo manchado y sucio. Me pidieron el depósito en efectivo y no me dieron opción para pagar con la tarjeta. No tenía suficiente efectivo y tuve que salir a buscar un atm y no conseguí, perdí una hora en eso. .
