Don't fall for the picture online!! I booked this room for my husband's 40th birthday trip to Tennesee to see his family. What a disappointment it was to find that the beautiful queen studio suite that I had booked for us to spend the week in was a dump!! The outside of the building is beautiful, but walk through the door of one of these "suites" and OMG are you in for a surprise. They look NOTHING like the picture posted online. Horrible When we arrived we were told the room we booked was not available and they gave us a smaller room and tried to tell us it was an upgrade. There was mold in the bathroom. And the mattress and box springs were broken. Needless to say we checked out early and went to A different hotel. Do NOT stay here.

Last resort All the other hotels were booked. This hotel had online pictures that gave you the illusion that is was a nice and clean place. Their "breakfast" was a grab a oatmeal packet and go. The dressers looked liked they cleaned with dirty water. It had a funny smell for a "non smoking"room . Basically the room seemed like it was half a*% cleaned. Dump The room that we had was a dump. The front desk people had no clue as to what was going on. Took forever to check in and we booked online. Should have been an easy process. Once we got to the room we were disgusted. There were no other rooms available. Don't stay here unless you are desperate for a room.

Sold out Got there and was told they did not have 2 queen beds as I had reserved. But had 2 twins. And would give me a roll away. The sheets were clean but that was all! Glad I packe my own cleaning supplies! The walls were filthy! I took my own blamkets and put the ones on the floor to walk on! The entire town was sold out unless I had 400 for one night .

Very nice staff in a not well maintained hotel This hotel was inexpensive and close to the conference I was attending. I know I wasn't expecting the Hilton or anything but it was an uncomfortable stay. Initially they lost my reservation but the staff was quick to figure out the issue. Unfortunately instead of a room with one queen bed, I got placed in a room with two twin beds. The bed was uncomfortable, the covers would not stay on while I slept, the non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes and the toilet tank dripped all night... read more

slitna, fula rum med pentry Otrevligt hotell. Gamla och slitna rum med pentry. Otroligt mörka rum. Wifi funkade inte. Frukosten bestod av kaffe och kellogs cereal bars. Området var skulle vara fint men det såg vi inget av. Inget toapapper när vi kom, fick gå till receptionen, som låg i ett annat hus, och be om nytt. Annars var service OK.

Half Marathon Weekend Needed a place that was close to downtown without being in downtown. This was great for that. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Not that anything was dirty but there were stains on the floor and unfilled in drill holes in the shower. Just little fixes that would really set the room apart. The room was just more homely than the pictures portrayed but definitely not a bad stay for the price.

Needs That Special Something Stay was ok as during my trip I was not in the room for a good portion of the day. The room could use some updating and stain removal products in a few areas.
